IVR Cheat Sheet by Paul English

The IVR Cheat Sheet™ is a free service by Paul English, the CTO of Kayak.com, a travel search engine.
I created the IVR Cheat Sheet in March 2005 when I could not reach a human at Verizon Wireless or Bank of America.
I originally had about a dozen entries, but since the IVR Cheat Sheet has been spreading around the net, it has now grown to over 250 popular companies, with hundreds of other entries not yet verified. Please check back here over the coming weeks to see more and more companies as these new entries get verified and published.
