At least one sleazy IVR manufacturer is trying to profit from this free site:

• Creating confusion by re-using my phrase "IVR Cheat Sheet" for a sales pitch for their technology.

• Taking out Google ads to hock their products when anyone searches for my name.

• Making claims that the IVR Cheat Sheet is dangerous and will ruin customer support.

• Posting to blogs which mention the IVR Cheat Sheet with information about their own IVR products, but not identifying themselves as an employee of their own company!

• Dismissing my approaches for kayak.com customer responsiveness, claiming we are irrelevant since we are new and not yet profitable.

Please help me fight back their obfuscation by linking your website or blog to the true, pro-consumer "IVR Cheat Sheet".
